The Partnership for Economic Innovation has appointed Catherine Côté, vice president, chief of staff and head of the Office of the CEO at onsemi, to its board of directors. She succeeds Steven Gray and continues onsemi’s participation in PEI’s strategic work at a consequential time for Arizona’s semiconductor economy.
Côté brings experience across global government affairs, technology policy, executive operations and complex corporate integrations. That perspective is closely aligned with PEI’s current semiconductor priorities, which include strengthening STEM talent pathways, supporting competitive manufacturing policy and advancing the infrastructure and regulatory conditions required for sustained industry growth.
Adding a senior leader from one of Arizona’s key semiconductor companies gives PEI another direct industry voice as it coordinates work among businesses, educators and public-sector partners. Côté’s appointment will help the organization translate the state’s semiconductor momentum into durable advantages for Arizona’s workforce and innovation ecosystem.
