Catherine Côté

Catherine Côté serves as Vice President, Chief of Staff and Head of the Office of the CEO at onsemi. She leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, supports CEO execution, and owns the company’s global government affairs and policy strategy.

Prior to joining onsemi, she held senior leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductor, in sales, marketing and as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. She was instrumental in navigating the company through its acquisition by Infineon and subsequent integration, before leading global engagement marketing across digital, channel, and demand generation.

She began her career at Future Electronics in product marketing and asset management.

Côté holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University and a Mini-MBA from Santa Clara University.
